About Us
Exploring is an exciting and challenging opportunity for any interested youth ages 14-20 to become familiar with the procedures of law enforcement. Exploring provides hands-on training relating to police work. Members with training with police officers and learn techniques used to conduct daily activities. Upon advancing within the program and completing the minimum requirements, Explorers can participate in the annual Exploring Competition, attend Youth Leadership Conferences, Field Trips and other activities.

Rashawn Rahim,
Post Director
Officer Rahim has been apart of the program since 2006. He started out as an explorer, who quickly became a police officer.

Dashawn Wells,

Officer Wells was once a Explorer Sergeant with Post 7. Following his tenure as an Explorer he pursued a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He currently serves as a Police Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
